Refunds & Returns
While every care is taken to deliver your products, we understand that on occasions, stock may arrived damaged or broken.
If you feel this is the case with your delivery, please contact us immediately, with your invoice number within 7 days of receiving your goods for an exchange. Postage is NOT included on refunds and returns.
Refunds and exchanges will only be given when we have received the goods back in our office as confirmation of receipt.
We do not offer refunds for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items.
